Less than a mile to 3 boat docks. Walking, Birding & Fishing is the common entertainment of this beautiful coastal neighborhood. Due to asthma, no type of animal is allowed.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Chill on the wrapped porch on the backside, sit on the waters edge, and enjoy the sunset. Dolphins swim in the bay and will occasionally come close. Quiet area with little traffic.
