The exclusively furnished apartment offers plenty of space and tranquility on 150sqm, in which up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. Enjoy the view of the mountains in the afternoon or evening sun on the huge balcony. In the large living room you can relax on one of the three sofas with a good movie (large TV with cable TV and Netflix) or via the Internet (WLAN) plan your next trips. If you like to cook, this is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. From the stove to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a magical meal in the dining area or on the balcony. The beds are made for arrival and towels are ready for you The new apartment is located in the 2ndFloor to which you can take the elevator or the stairs. In the city center, the main train station or the Rupertus Therme you can easily go by city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is just a minute away. By bus or train you can get to the city center of Salzburg without traffic or parking problems. Free parking is right in front of the house. Directly from the house there are also numerous hiking possibilities. You are in 2 minutes in nature. Dogs and children are welcome. We are happy to provide you with a cot. Basically, the minimum rental period is 3 days, but if of course times less going on, or if times between bookings are free, then of course it is also for one or two nights. Our holiday apartment is a private unit within our Basecamp building, where we also live. Guests enjoy their own separate entrance. The apartment is cozy and well laid out: the bright living and dining room forms the central space, with a private bathroom right next to it, equipped with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes is available. The living area also features a desk for working and a Smart TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix, and an extra HDMI connection. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. Guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious garden – perfect for strolling, barbecues, or relaxing evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide ideas for hikes and mountain tours. On request, we can arrange a professional mountain guide or organize bus transfers to the starting points of various routes.

Lehn dich zurück und genieße atemberaubende Bergblicke auf deiner 15qm2 großen Dachterrasse, am Frühstückstisch, vom gemütlichen Sofa oder aus deinem kuscheligen Altholz Bett. Ab in den 18m langen Pool zum Abkühlen oder Bahnen ziehen.

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoß 3. Stock, kein Lift, breite Treppe, ca. 70 qm. Es sind unterschiedliche Raumhöhen, Die Küche und die Dusche haben nur eine Raumhöhe von 195 cm. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Holzverkleidet bis unter den Dachgiebel. Raumhöhe über 3.00 m. Diese Wohnung hat viel Charme. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer integriert. Über das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer erstreckt sich ein Balkon. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil!

Genießen Sie Ihre ruhige 40 qm Erdgeschoss-Wohnung nur 200 m vom Freibad entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Im Ort sind alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs erhältlich. Die Wohnung ist, zu jeder Jahreszeit, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad-, Berg-, Ski- und Wandertouren, sowie Ausflüge nach Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut oder die umliegende Region. Es steht ein Abstellraum z.B. für E-Bikes od. Ski zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl für kleine Gäste ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11km): Traumwohnung 6 Personen

Sie mieten den gesamten zweiten Stock (90 m²) plus einen Balkon (6m²). Die helle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist neu adaptiert und besticht durch moderne bzw. alte Kunst (Originale). In den meisten Zimmern liegt 60 Jahre alter, revitalisierter Parkett; so auch im Badezimmer. Die großzügige Wohnung kann auch von zwei Pärchen (bzw. einer Gruppe) gebucht werden, da es eine zweite Toilette gibt und das Bad zwei Eingänge hat und versperrbar ist. Auf die Parkettböden im Bad bitte aufpassen! :=)

Our newly renovated house is located in an absolutely quiet location directly at the Bayerisch Gmain hiking centre. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

Gemütliche helle Wohnung mitten im Ort

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!
