The cottages are conveniently located 20 minutes to Cedar Point, and 40 minutes to the Lake Erie Island’s ferry services. Guests are not allowed to have visitors without prior approval from the host

Private entrance to a private living room and bedroom in a peaceful, charming cottage that sits on a clean, cool, glacial-fed lake with 2.5 miles of shoreline that offers swimming, fishing, bird watching, and star-gazing. Access to owners paddleboard and tandem kayak. Less than 3 just a few miles from city of Kent/ Kent State University. One of the countries most beautiful National Parks- Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 15 miles away. Cleveland is 30 miles; Akron 12 miles.

Vermilion Lake House

Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of small-town Vermilion with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. This historical cottage has all the conveniences. It is within walking distance of Historic downtown Vermilion. There is a private beach. For evening sunset viewing, there is a 42 ft. long screened in porch facing the lake. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there is large dining room with a table that can seat 8-10. We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.

The Perch on Mitiwanga Beach

The Perch Lake House is perfect for large families and family reunions, sleeping up to 23 people. The Perch is in The Private Mitiwanga Beach Community. It sits two streets back from the lake but just a short walk to the beach. You’ll have Lake views from the living room, back deck, and two out of the three balconies. The Community features: Two Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Volleyball, and lots of community actives throughout the summer.
