Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

Situated on the Lustica peninsular, the most undeveloped coastal area of Montenegro. With no traffic noise, no light pollution, clean fresh air with the sent of rosemerry. In the early evening you may be luck to hear the distant howles of jackals greeting each other. Total relaxation. Yet only a short drive to the popular beaches.

Tourist city tax are not included in price and will be charge when guests arrive, it’s cost 1€ per person per day!
