The Beach Sunrise Studio is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a simple, self-contained retreat, and has panoramic views of the amazing sunrise and the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

This cozy one-bedroom apartment on the FIRST floor is located a short walk to Half Moon Bay Beach and the heart of West End village. Dive shops, Woody's groceries, Sundowners and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Crabby Cabin is a beautiful cabin for 2. It has a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

Añoranza Casita 1 + Plunge Pool

Añoranza's oceanfront Casita was finished April 2021 and designed to maximize the incredible views of the Caribbean and 2nd largest barrier reef in the world, the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. The casita offers a king bed, full kitchen, living room, a 2 person shower, along with an oversized patio and plunge pool. Guests will also appreciate the fiber optic WiFi if they have to take a break from the view and do a little work.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
