This tiny, peaceful and renovated private Studio used to be my grandchildren play room. Today I would love to offer to a person or couple who are Beach lover like me. Just one mile to the Beach /Parking. Guest has own entrance, parking, a little patio and the assurance that you have a clean and safe place. My main rule is that guest make the Studio as yours with not pet and not smoke. Expecting that you enjoy and want to comeback!

Microwave, refrigerator, & sink available (no stove). Parking conveniently located outside behind the apartment. Price per night is for two guests. There is a $40 person a night over two guest. Make sure to put an accurate guest number to see a true price.
