The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

This end unit provides some peace and privacy on the 4th floor across from the little used staircase so the view is partially blocked.
