The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

James’ Cabin

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, washer & dryer, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.
