Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.
