I pavimenti sono in marmo gettato in opera a mosaico o legno decorato a intarsi ,ci sono lampadari d'epoca stucchi e boiserie originali della casa completamente rinnovati .La metratura è molto ampia e comoda. L'appartamento è composto da: un grande salone doppio con TV collegata a internet fibra super veloce e ampio e comodo divano ,collegato da un arco alla sala da pranzo con tavolo e 8 sedie . Il bagno ,completamente nuovo, è dotato di una spaziosa cabina doccia in cristallo, il pavimento in parquet di legno . L'appartamento inoltre è collegato, per mezzo di una meravigliosa scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto decorata, ad un'ampia taverna con bagno completamente ristrutturato , ampia cabina doccia in cristallo, lavatrice ,stendino, Asse da stiro .
