Attitash Retreat

Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! One dog is permitted per room, no cats. Thank you for understanding.

We are less than a 5 min drive to Storyland, 7 min to Attitash , and 10 min to North Conway.

Simple, cozy 2 BR 1 BA home that is set back slightly from the road, next to the woods, and only a five minute walk to downtown North Conway - the best of both worlds! On a private road; plenty of parking in driveway. Minutes away from anything and everything! Relax on the deck and watch the resident chipmunks, squirrels, and birds, or kick back by the fireplace and take in the winter wonderland around you. Marvel at the sky full of stars at night. Escape to the mountains and feel right at home!

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Enjoy activities & beautiful scenery offered at Attitash Mountain Village, in the White Mountains! This cozy one bedroom, 2nd floor condo sleeps four, and includes a completely renovated kitchen/living area and bathroom! You will be just steps away from a beautiful pool pavilion, tennis courts, playgrounds, the Saco River Beach, hot tubs, fire pits, an arcade, and a fitness center. Nestled among all the summer attractions of the area- 10 minutes to Story Land! Always something fun to do!

KimBills’ on the Saco

KimBills' is a newly renovated, cozy, first floor condo located at Attitash Mtn. Village, just minutes from the Saco River. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities, gas fireplace, A/C, Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed with new, comfortable mattresses. Cable/internet, 55" TV, & board games. Large deck with lighting. Guests enjoy full use of all Attitash Mtn. Village amenities including river access, pools, sauna, hot tubs, tennis & basketball. Close to shopping and area attractions.

Enjoy magical nights under the stars at our outdoor theater—complete with projector, cozy seats, string lights, and blankets. Our private backyard cinema offers a one-of-a-kind experience, just add your favorite snacks! By day, explore the White Mountains with trails across the street, a private river beach in the neighborhood, or visit Jackson’s covered bridge & falls. Studio, pet friendly, river views, Jackson NH

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
