Set into the hills above Barnstaple, you'll enjoy far-reaching views of Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Taw estuary and all the way down to Hartland Point over the bay. The beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lee, Combe Martin and Westward Ho! are all within a thirty minute drive. The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and top floor bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking for two or more cars. 10 minutes from Barnstaple in the stunning countryside. Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.

Coombe Farm Goodleigh-Tin Can Cottage

Situated in a quiet and remote farm setting, our beautiful Tin Can Cottage is a 1959 Tradewind Airstream caravan that has been meticulously restored and redecorated. This is upmarket glamping. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay a special one including all self catering needs.  The space is suitable for a couple.  Well behaved dogs welcome but not permitted on furniture & guests must clean-up after their dogs. The space is not fenced in.
