A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor level

The living room (exposed bricks, period features) overlooks the cinematic cobbled streets of Columbia Road’s Sunday Flower market - an East End tradition not to be missed that bursts into life on Sundays.

She has been stylishly fitted out with all the modern comforts, reflecting the style of a boutique hotel, whilst retaining the qualities of a traditional English narrowboat. She has excellent transport links and is close to London's parks, museums, theatres and restaurants. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, a cultural experience, or just enjoying the local bars and cafes.

Charming two bedroom garden flat Kensal Rise

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to five guests as we have a chair bed in the office area. Our flat is in trendy Kensal Rise, close to Portobello market, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.
