With it's warm and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect location for walks in the countryside, good location for homeworkers, stopover for travellers or base for visiting nearby Leeds or York. You will have all the equipment you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a log burner and wood. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Boost your wellbeing with some me/us/family time.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Quiet village location, with on-site free secure CCTV parking, close to motorways and places of interest. Short driving distance of Leeds and the historic city of York. South Milford train station just a 2 minutes drive. Our location is suitable for both business and pleasure. Close by; we have Fairburn Ings, Xcape/ Junction 32 shopping outlet and Sherburn Aero Club.

The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Private parking is available at the property.

Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.
