The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

La Casetta si trova a 100 metri dall'ingresso della ciclabile del Parco La Versiliana tra Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi . Il mare è a soli 800 metri di ciclabile. La casetta è ristrutturata recentemente. Si trova in contesto tranquillo, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Vicino casa ci sono ristoranti e attività per la famiglia. La casa è adatta a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi di amici.
