A further bedroom is tucked away in a sleeping loft with a cozy study area beneath. A RM50 refundable cash deposit is required during check in. This will be return to you upon check out. Urban Nest is a 838sft 2 bedroom apartment, with a loft area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The loft area has another queen bed. There is a common bathroom. What you will find: - Two queen beds, two single beds. Can accomodate a seventh person with an extra foldable mattress (upon advanced special request with extra charge- please inform us when booking) - Airconds for each room, and the living area as well. - A gigantic 60" 4K Android TV, with access to Netflix included, as well as more recent movies and TV series. - A fully functional kitchen, with all cooking needs provided. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hood, hob, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cutleries. Kitchen also has a water purifier for your drinking water needs - A washer/dryer unit so you can do laundry, with good quality detergent provided - Some books, for you to read and enjoy your downtime - Access to the facilities floor of the apartment - with an infinity pool, wading pool, gym, games room and sauna. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are some cabinets and drawers locked away as cleaning supply storage. We love to communicate with our guests. If you are clueless about your holiday plans or need any recommendations, be it food gems or interesting places, feel free to message us and we will do our best to help you make the best out of your stay. The condo is in the vibrant Little India district of Brickfields. Authentic Indian restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are in the area. It's close to the KL Sentral transportation hub, and a bridge from the building links to the Bangsar LRT Station. Urban Nest @ EST Bangsar is connected directly to the Bangsar LRT station, one station away from KL Sentral where you are directly connected to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport via KLIA Express. Being on the LRT network also means you will be able to interchange to any of the Greater KL Transportation System lines, including the MRT system, the Monorail system and the KTM system. Free in-building parking is included for one car, but do inform us in advanced of this requirement. For more than one cars, we will be able to help with arranging alternative paid parking solutions. Check in time is at 3PM and check out time is 12PM. For early check in, we take pride in a thorough cleaning of the unit (about 2 hours) before your stay, and thus, for most cases, we can only accomodate 2pm or 2:30pm early check in requests when the unit is ready. If you need the unit earlier, you are advised to book the day before. For late check outs, if you plan to check out after 12PM, please inform us before or during your stay. Similar to the check ins, as the unit goes through a thorough cleaning before the next guest, we can only accomodate at most up to an extra hour (1PM). If you do not inform us in advanced, and you do not check out by 12PM, we will have the right to charge you an extra RM30 for a late check out fee until 1PM. We strictly cannot accomodate a later check out unless the unit is unoccupied for the next day. You will be able to keep your bags before/after your stay at the concierge for a fee (paid directly to the concierge). As this checked luggage service is provided by a private company and not us, we will not be responsible for any incidents.

As for the conveniency, grocery store is just a minute away, public transportation not only can be reached in a few minutes’ walk like Bukit Nanas Monorail Station (5 min) and Dang Wangi LRT Station (7 min) but guests also able to achieve by foot to the nearby Malaysia Tourism Centre (7 min), Petronas Twin Towers (18 min), Hard Rock Café (8 min), Kuala Lumpur Tower (29 min) and many other attractions. There is also a public bus service (GOKL City Bus) that offer riders free of charge for commuters within the Central Business District of Kuala Lumpur, you are welcome to travel around to some of the popular spots like Pavillion, Bukit Bintang, Petronas Twin Tower, Pasar Seni and many more... We provide free cleaning(One Week Once) to those who stay for 7 nights and above which includes changing of Linens, towels and basic cleanup.
