This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.
