My place is a five minute drive to Kilshane House Hotel for wedding guests. Beautiful walks nearby my Cottage here. I'm less than a one hour drive from Cork, Kilkenny, Dungarvan and Waterford and 40 minutes from Limerick so central. The beautiful Glen of Aherlow is nearby with great walks, cycle trails and horse riding. Self catering cottage set at the foot of the Galtee Mountains in the Glen of Aherlow adjacent to the village of Bansha. Cottage was an old forge which was renovated recently. This 1 bed cottage has all the mod cons you need for a relaxing stay and is located c.2km from the village of Bansha . It is also less than 10mins to the towns of Cahir and Tipperary and under 15mins to the historic town of Cashel. It is also less than 5 mins drive to the famous wedding venue, Kilshane House.

A convenient stopover between east and west coasts, and a good base for visiting the Rock of Cashel, King John’s Castle, Adare and Bunratty. Or as a destination in itself if you want to see how they lived long ago and want a few quiet days away. The house still has the old mud walls and thatched roof, but has been upgraded to suit twenty-first century living.

We are happy to welcome you to stay at our bright comfortable self catering apartment conveniently located in the midlands. Situated 2 min from Exit 23 off the M7 Motorway on the outskirts of the village of Moneygall where the pub and shop are within walking distance. It provides a wonderful base for exploring the heart of the country while also allowing further journeys to some iconic tourist sites.

We are conveniently located, only 3 km's from Junction 26 on the M7 motorway. The self catering apartment is located over the garage and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs. There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area, hiking, kayaking and various other water sports. There are many excellent golf courses close by.
