The Surfer’s Shack is a unique tiny space created from an upcycled shipping container. The decor is inspired by the local Causeway coastline. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this is the place for you, as the shack is surrounded by rolling county Antrim farmlands, all the while being within minutes of the top spots such as the giants causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, the dark hedges and the Bushmills distillery. A little further (15 minutes drive) will take you to Portrush.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living space lead out through sliding French doors to a private deck, offering breath-taking views including Fairhead, Scotland and stunning rural views towards Knocklayde mountain. Situated within Watertop Farm, a live working sheep farm. Watertop farm also hosts a 4 star camping and touring caravan site. The unique landscape and geology at Watertop farm ranks it number 14 of the top 100 geological sites in UK. The Chalet is situated within a short distance to many famous Game of Thrones locations also!

The Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and Bushmills Distillery are all within a 30min drive.

So after a day at the beach, exploring the beautiful North Coast, or a boat trip to Rathlin Island to see the seals and puffins, you can kick off your shoes, cook up a meal and relax with a good book or in front of the TV. Set in the centre of Ballycastle, this place is a real home from home.

Marcool Cottage

This gorgeous whitewashed cottage with roses growing over the blue half door sleeps six and is in a spectacular location leading on to the end of Ballycastle’s mile-long sandy beach. It is peaceful on a very quiet road and has stunning, uninterrupted views of the North Antrim coast. Sit in the back garden and watch the sunset over the sea, wake in the morning to the sound of waves breaking on the rocks.

It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

The Nest is a self-contained studio apartment (directly opposite the entrance to Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge) Overlooking the village of Ballintoy, it has spectacular sea views. Scenic coastal walks and beautiful beaches aplenty, we are only a couple mins walk to the village pubs and restaurants.
