The cottage is in a quite country side with surrounding fields and plenty of sea air. There is a local shop a stones throw away and the beach is just five minutes away. You can smell the sea air and just listen to nature. The cottage is classic contemporary with luxury and pure comfort to meet your needs. There is a good size garden for relaxation, and there is also a 13ft trampoline for a little bounce for that youthful feeling. What I love is the comfort and the tranquility of countryside.

Cosy cottage in country side setting 2/3 miles from the sandy beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. Ideal for swimming and long relaxing walks. The nearby (10 minutes drive) seaside town of Ballybunion has lots to offer, bars, restaurants, two golf courses, swimming pool and health centre. Central location for day trips to Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Cliffs of Moher via Tarbert ferry. Shannon Airport is one hour, thirty minutes away and Kerry Airport is one hour away.

Set in the middle of the picturesque fishing village of Carrigaholt, SeaView House is a charming and spacious house with an extraordinary garden which  runs all the way down to the shore of Carrigaholt. The living areas all share the breathtaking view of the Shannon Estuary; a place to have breakfast whilst watching the boats come into the near and far piers. It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.
