Venture in to the city of Springfield to learn about Abe Lincoln and his parents, married in the courthouse, still being used to this day!

Barton House - Long Stays Welcome!

Welcome to the Barton House - your home away from home near the Bourbon trail, wineries, and more! The Barton house gets its name from its close proximity to the Barton 1792 distillery & view of Barton rickhouses from the front door. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood & is a 5 min. drive to the dinner train and quaint streets of downtown Bardstown. It is a short 10 min. drive to many of the distilleries and wineries. Maker’s Mark is 6.9 miles away, Historic Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World is less than 10 miles away which is home of multiple distilleries. Start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise or unwind by the fire pit as the sun sets. This is one of two cabins we have on the property, so if this isn’t available check #2 or bring others and you each have a cabin!
