River Cottage Near Loch Lomond

River Cottage is a detached riverside property located in the quiet village of Croftamie on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. This charming cottage has been finished to a high standard and enjoys lovely views over rolling fields. The spacious decking area overlooks the river "Catter Burn" and is an ideal vantage point for watching the abundance of local wildlife. As an added bonus, free riverside fishing is available from within the grounds of the cottage and there is direct access onto open fields. The open plan living space has two large sofas (one being a sofa bed, making it possible to accommodate up to four adults). The kitchen area is fully fitted with table and chairs for dining. Local amenities are available in Croftamie, including a pub renowned for its delicious food and a number of small shops. Preferred lets are Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am on a self catering basis, however if you wish to enquire about any dates/times outwith this or a short break then please contact me and I will try to accommodate you if I can. We are delighted to welcome dogs as long as they bring their own beds, are not allowed on furniture and not left unattended. Worth noting that we have chickens roaming freely and the cottage is surrounded by fields which have livestock. We charge £10 per dog, per night and this can be paid at check in. Facilities All power, bed linen, towels and bathrobes included. Cot and high chair available on request. Miscellaneous Small enclosed garden, large decking area with outdoor seating and BBQ (coals not supplied), with views over river. River access (youngsters take care!) and free fishing from river bank. Access to open farmland along river. Wireless broadband connection. Secure storage for bicycles and fishing equipment etc. Shared laundry facilities available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars.

This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. Our one bed flat is in the centre of the village of Balloch, Loch Lomond, known as the gateway to the north. Both the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car. There is a free carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor above the shops, cafes and bars in the centre of the village.

Cabin In Luss at Lochlomond

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.
