The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

Westcott Cottage. Come stay & meet our alpacas!

Our cosy, 1860's cottage has a self checkin entrance & sits in a private garden with views to the old barn. The living room, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom make an ideal getaway for couples. Set on four acres, the property backs onto a treed area alongside the Werribee River. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat. All are within a 30 minute drive.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

"The Studio" Eco House - space and tranquillity.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.

Tranquil Secondary Suite with Garden View

Welcome to our Spacious Guest Suite in Werribee! This fully self-contained and completely private secondary unit is part of our Werribee home but has its own separate entrance and no shared spaces—ensuring total privacy throughout your stay. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom,toilet. Located just 3km from the Werribee town centre,30km south west of Melbourne CBD. 40km to Geelong.Easy access to M1 highway &Werribee Park Precinct.

The Barn

The barn is set up as a home away from home. Large kitchen and lounge room, bunk room and the other being the master bedroom with a queen size bed. Country and city views (amazing night light views) with outdoor sitting areas. Located on 40 acres with wildlife close by. Parking located to the left of the barn. "Leafy Retreat" is a spectacular, wood and lead light Art Deco/Nouveau/Arts Crafts inspired private bungalow. Surrounded by intriguing gardens and private spaces, whimsical footpaths and fantastical creative elements. Hand built and adorned by the hosts who have collected unique items for 20 years to place in this unique dwelling. Come, enjoy a long soak in our stone bath! NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio

Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.

Morrisons Retreat - A picturesque farm stay

Set in the picturesque rolling hills of Morrisons, this 38 acre farm is the perfect getaway for families, couples and small groups. Sleeping up to 8 adults and a porter-cot for the younger ones, you'll enjoy the perfectly equipped homestead and the stunning views on the expansive outdoor patio. Sheep, horses, goats, chickens & a gaggle of geese will be your only neighbours in this stunning location, only 7kms from the nearest township, 45 minutes to Geelong, and 30 minutes to Ballarat.

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.
