Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Newly renovated, refreshingly colorful, and fully stocked with everything you need for a rejuvenating stay at the beach. Southport's Canary Cottage is a newly renovated southern, cottage located in a small, historic town along the Cape Fear River! Canary Cottage is located 1 mile from Southport, 2 minutes from the ferry's at Deep Point Marina & 20 minutes to the Oak Island beaches! While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

Pet Friendly/Game Room/Golf Cart - 3Bed 2Bath

Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

Artfully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, safely fenced back yard for dogs, screened back porch, super dog friendly beach, and a tiny house in back with one bed, sleeping; this house is a place for beach lovers who appreciate comfort and art and want their pooches along with them.

Adorable remodeled cottage in downtown Southport. Walking distance to waterfront, restaurants, bars, quaint shops and parks for the kids. Enjoy strolls through town or walks to the waterfront or minutes drive from oak island for a sandy beach afternoon. Also minutes away from Southport car ferry for a great day trip to Fort Fisher Aquirium and state park or catch the ferry to bald head and ride bikes or rent a golf cart for the day of discovery, golfing or beaches.
