Local activities include watersports, walking, climbing, road / mountain biking. One bedroom, (one double and one single bed). Kitchen / diner and shower room. This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 4 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres with gardens which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.
