Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

En la casa hay espacio para 12 huéspedes una cocina, cuenta con todas los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, no platos no tenedores, cucharas. Tiene cafetera y Cafe, azúcar. No hay agua caliente pero tampoco sale fría . Todos los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado . Bright Sun & Moon Verouska House it's a very comfortable place for vacations and needed long stays. The house is in an urban complex (Solimar) in the town of Patillas ,Puerto Rico (southeast coast). The beach and male com area it's a 5 minutes walking distance which includes: recreation, area, restaurants, live music, dj's, karaoke, nightlife,water sports recreation rentals and fishing village. The house is surrounded by mountains and the sea with spectacular sunset and moon views.
