There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. There are fans in the bedroom and sitting room and along with air conditioning and air cooler. The apartment has wifi and good cellular reception. There is a shared security guard over night.
