L'appartement est climatisé. Il est en face du Palais Bahia et à 5 min à pied de la place JAMAA EL FNA et de ses souks. L'appartement est parfaitement isolé du bruit grâce aux fenêtres à double vitrage. Il se situe au premier étage.
