Countryside setting yet only 5 mins drive/30 mins walk from the charming market town of Farnham. Newly refurbished bedroom and sitting room, well appointed kitchen and a large shower room. Adjoining our house but with its own entrance, courtyard garden, grassed space, and parking, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Use of tennis court.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.
