Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! This house and this area are very photogenic.

(max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!
