Cottage in south of Dresden

Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Die Räume sind mit Naturfarben gestrichen und die Holzböden mit Naturwachs behandelt und sind aus diesem Grund für Allergiker besonders gut geeignet. Haustiere dürfen auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden. Ein großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Der Kaminofen, die Infrarotsauna (für 2 Personen),Grillplatz und Terrasse machen einen Natururlaub pur. Der Malerweg, der Forststeig in der Nähe. Ab 1.4.25 haben wir die " Gästekarte mobil" damit können alle Busverbindungen und Fähre kostenlos genutzt werden. Für Hunde ideal - 1000m2 eingezäunt.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.
