Dista a soli 800 mt dalla spiaggia a. piedi o 200 mt se percorsi in barca o (URL HIDDEN) monolocale ti piacerà per la posizione che favorisce l'intimità con il mare. Ti sentirai il mare dentro!Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro. Per accedere al monolocale bisogna fare 3 rampe di scale.

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, situato in posizione centrale ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Si sviluppa su un unico piano di 105 mq composto da soggiorno con divano, una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo con bagno privato e doccia , una seconda camera con letto matrimoniale, altro bagno con doccia grande dove è collocata la lavatrice, cucina attrezzata, patio e solarium. Linea internet ultra veloce che ti permette di lavorare senza problemi.

L' appartamento e' situato su Punta Epitaffio, a 500 metri dal Porto del golfo di Baia, dal Parco archeologico ed alla medesima distanza dagli stabilimenti balneari e termali a ridosso del Parco sommerso di Baia. Comprende cucina/soggiorno, una stanza da letto matrimoniale, un'altra stanza accessoria con letto singolo, due servizi, una vasta area esterna a livello completa di cucina esterna, coperta e panoramica, nonchè di un ampio terrazzo con vista sul Castello Aragonese di Baia.

The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
