The Green Bean Bungalow

Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. Quiet Neighborhood 7 Miles From the Beaches

Be sure to read about the pricing using both bedrooms below in 2nd paragraph. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Private apartment only 3 blocks from the Beach

Newly remodeled, super clean one bedroom (in-law) apartment, approx. 375 sf. Three blocks from the beach 7-10 min walk. Covered deck, backyard on water to watch ducks, herons, fish. Concrete benches and firepit near the water. Walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, Rudee Inlet, dining and entertainment. Hardwood floors, queen size bed, 'pack n play', kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster (no oven or stove) 1 gig mbps Wifi, internet tv. Futon-like couch.

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, complete with Jacuzzi tub, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. The elevator is just across from dedicated parking spot.

Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

**Newly RENOVATED for 2025**. Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Blissful Nook @ Washington

This is a beautiful modern, comfortable, and cozy one bedroom apartment located on the second floor above the car garage. While relaxing or vacationing just know that this apartment is centrally located to Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Outer banks N.C. museums, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch garden, Water Country USA and many restaurant. This apartment is attached to the main home with a dedicated private entrance. This location is safe and private for our guest.
