A great location to enjoy the Coastal entertainment, without the Coastal traffic! Or if you are looking for a quite place to relax on the front porch listening to the birds, then this is your temporary home. The yard is enclosed and a parking spot is provided. Enjoy our RV and the hallmark worthy town of Conway!

The South House- Golfing, Beaching & Relaxing...

We are located in beautiful historic downtown Conway, SC. The house is a 1930’s house that has been renovated over the last 6 years but that is not to say it is perfect. There is still some cracks in the old plaster walls but that just adds character! Hopefully you enjoy the house as much as we do when we are here! Easy walking access to a beautiful old downtown with some great restaurants and shops as well as amazing access to golf courses, beaches and shopping within 20-30 min drive!

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

Escape to the River Birch Bungalow, a serene environment at our family-owned estate, dating back to 1939. This recently refurbished rustic home near the Little Pee Dee River offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With all the comforts for a stress-free getaway, it's just a 30 min drive to Lumber State Park and a short distance to nearby villages. Ideal for long-term stays, pet-friendly and can accommodate two vehicles. Only an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

Stay in our cozy Magnolia Loft, an upstairs apartment above our barndominium, conveniently located just off Hwy 22—only 30 minutes to the beach! featuring: 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and a pull-out sofa Full kitchen, 1 bathroom, and living area Washer/dryer. access through the garage upstairs and 2 dedicated parking spaces Guests also have shared access to outdoor amenities including a sunning deck, swimming pool, and children’s play area—perfect for relaxing or making family memories.

Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Unwind on the porch, walk trails, find millions of years old sharks teeth, build a bonfire, pick blackberries, swim in the ponds, collect walnuts, or just relax while you’re here but don’t forget to wish on a dandelion or a shooting star before you leave.

The Loft at 109

located at 109 Arch Street in downtown Marion, South Carolina, is a fully furnished apartment that offers all the amenities of home -and more. Housed in a historic building in the heart of the Pee Dee, The Loft has charming character with exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. Offered as a nightly rental, your experience begins as you're greeted with gas lanterns and continues inside where you'll find our 1,000 square foot living space

The Poolside Escape

Newly remodel poolside escape. 1100 sq feet with 3 indoor TVs, 1 outdoor tv, and a foosball table. The house has a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, and couch (air mattresses available upon request) Stainless steal appliances and access to a 35 foot in ground pool with a splash pad and 6 foot deep end. Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. 30 minutes from I-95.

The Club House

We welcome you to The Club House. It is our hope that you will come spend some time here to relax and unwind. The Club House sits on the historical Little Pee Dee River in Marion County South Carolina. You will step back in time where life was simple, and days were spent enjoying nature. It was built in the 1950's and has been through many storms but still stands strong and welcomes guest to its 1 acre river front.
