Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Outside shower, 2 beach chairs. Extra clean fee of $300.00 for smoking in rental.
