Ciao siamo Chiara e Cosimo, abbiamo da poco ristrutturato con cura un appartamento al piano terra del nostro edificio, destinandolo a casa vacanze. Dotato di una confortevole camera completa, con letto matrimoniale e singolo. La cucina è completa di tutti i comfort, con un bell' angolo cottura, frigorifero e TV led a schermo piatto. WiFi libero. Un comodo bagno con box doccia. Il giardino è arredato per rendere piacevoli i momenti di relax e per gustare colazioni, pranzi e cene all'aperto.

L'appartamento, luminoso ed elegante, è dotato di tutti i comfort con due ampie camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e una veranda dove godersi dell'ottimo vino pugliese.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
