Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Mini-market 3 min walk away. Motorway 2 min away [slightly noticeable outside]. Rio Maior and Santarém can be reached in 15 minutes. The coast and the beautiful beaches of Foz do Arelho are 35 minutes away. Peniche is 40 minutes away, Nazaré is 45 minutes away, and Lisbon Airport is 50 minutes away.
