It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.
