Award-winning property with gorgeous interior architecture. Highlights include: (1) Huge waterfront balcony- perfect for people watching (2) Interior courtyard garden- amazing for morning coffee (3) 2 large bedrooms on separate floors for privacy (4) Each bedroom has private bathroom away from living area (5) Open kitchen/living space with lots of seating for "together" time (6) Fully equipped kitchen for cooking (7) 65-inch TV, Fast WiFi, Keurig for coffee, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and lots of other amenities and extras. Exclusive access to the waterfront balcony, interior courtyard, and all areas of the house which are for you and you only! You'll have access to the entire condo which occupies the entire 3rd and most of the 2nd floor (there is a women's fashion boutique on the 1st floor and a small studio apartment with separate entrance on the 2nd floor). Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. If you prefer privacy, you'll have as much as you want, and I've included lots of local tips and recommendations in our House Guide for you to explore on your own. If you're looking for opinions, input, ideas, etc... then I'm more than happy to be a resource for you! I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).

Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. If you have questions on activities or hikes within the park, don't be afraid to reach out and ask.

Crab Cakes and Football Historic District

Soak up the vintage charm of this restored property. The house features a private master suite balcony, an open-plan living space, chic eclectic furnishings, exposed brick, a wood burning fireplace, a front garden, and an outdoor back BBQ area. STR# 143754 When we decided to convert to a short term rental I looked at other properties in the area and how they described them. I could tell you the house was built in 1901 and is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in historic Annapolis. That's all well and good but to be honest there's a book on the coffee table that will tell you all the history (if you really want to know). I might not know a lot about writing a great summary but after almost 3 decades of living in Annapolis I think I know what people want: 1) Great food and drink! 2) Great location for walking to everything and.. 3) An outdoor area to enjoy the mornings and evenings during any down time. Unfortunately the one thing that can really ruin the fun is PARKING! Well guess what, we've got all the things I listed above and not one parking spot, but TWO (right at your back door!). Don't be fooled when other properties offer you a parking pass. That does not mean you'll be parking near your rental! Enjoy full access to our home. We do not live there so it is not cluttered with "stuff". Consider it a hotel with all the amenities of home! We live 5-10 minutes from the property so you'll have your privacy but we are nearby if you need assistance. We are available by text or calling for any questions or help you may need. The home is in the Art District of Annapolis right in the middle of all the fun. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city center during the day and evening, but return to a quiet neighborhood to recharge. Free designated parking for 2 cars. Park upon arrival and you my never need your car again until your departure! No parties. Dogs welcome on a case by case basis.

A Tranquil Oasis in Picton

Stride across lovingly restored softwood floors that tie main level rooms together. A thorough remodeling has produced a modern kitchen and wide open, airy spaces with neutral decor. The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Contemporary Living in the Historic Fan District

Built in 1911, this spacious home has been renovated to blend contemporary design and traditional architecture. Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.
