This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Lovely 1 bedroom lower unit blocks from downtown

Beautiful apartment only blocks from the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential library & museum and a short 10 minute walk to downtown Fremont. We are located 35 minutes from cedar point. The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!

A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.
