La casa, la piscina e le pertinenze, sono ad uso esclusivo di chi in quel momento è ospite; circondata dai vigneti, in posizione dominante su di un colle, 1.5 ettari di vigna annessa alla casa e di proprietà, assicurano la privacy necessaria. Nel bagno vengono forniti asciugamani tipo (uno grande e uno piccolo per ogni ospite presente).San Vito Marina a 4 Km , Lanciano e Ortona equidistanti 10 Km.

Il mio alloggio è situato in una contrada di campagna formata da un gruppo di ville vicino al centro ,la casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed un giardino privato, a pochi km si raggiunge il mare , a /5 km si trovano chieti e l’ospedale civile , l’ingresso delle autostrade e della superstrada per Pescara si trovano a 2/3 km e dalla casa si possono ammirare le vette del gran sasso e della maielletta ,domina il luogo la tranquillità e al tempo stesso la vicinanza a tutti i servizi indispensabili

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
