The narrow bit of land across 3446 Main St. belongs to our property w/chairs + a firepit + water access to launch kayaks (2) provided! An open plan-coastal rustic design. Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Summer's Sea Shanty is a delightful Chincoteague coastal cottage that’s perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends. We've worked hard to make this the ideal modern day beach retreat. This home boasts screened in front and back porches, a fire pit, an open/functional floor plan. We're pet and kid friendly with luxury linens and rugs and dish ware... We're proud to be the best of the best on the island. We're centrally located and minutes from Assateague National Seashore.

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach chairs available. TY.
