Located on 17 acres of land along the ridgeline, you can see Mt. Mitchell in the distance and the glow of Black Mountain at night. Our home is truly unique, made of reassembled hand-hewn logs from the 1800's , custom built in 2008 with Modern Scandinavian interior design. We love the combination of the getaway into nature with the modern amenities of home.

4BR Private Spacious near Biltmore, DT, & Parkway

You will love "Happy Hideaway"! It is a new listing, now for the entire 4 BR, 3 bath home. It is nice and private, in the back of a quiet neighborhood within minutes of DT Asheville (6 miles) and the Biltmore Estate. It's an easy walk (1/4 mile) to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea Trail, and just 2 miles from a grocery store, and delicious Italian restaurant. This modernized rustic home has a great kitchen, a woodstove, firepit, and large deck with a swing to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

A Vineyard & Orchard Farmhouse Stay -Wallace House

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. Beautiful architectural detail is found throughout, as well as spacious meeting areas, brightly lit rooms, and a gourmet kitchen.

The Snookery ~ Refuge a Mountain w/ Hot Tub

The Snookery is a true refuge. Perched on the mountainside, its back deck has views from the hot tub, making it the perfect place for a safe, memorable gathering. Its only neighbors are us and another rental (The Snookmore), and we all have plenty of space to call our own. Do not hesitate to reach out with further questions! Note on Helene: we were very luck in Snookville with a lot of downed trees, but nothing structural. There are still outages, but the generators keep the power on.

Historic Stone and Timber Lodge on Farm Near Asheville

Step back in time at the Persimmon Farm and Lodge! This picturesque Appalachian cabin was built from on-site materials in 1910 using traditional log and stone architecture. Today it boasts modern amenities while maintaining rustic mountain charm. This special farm features breathtaking mountain views, walking trails, a small playground, an outdoor fire pit, pastured chickens, organic gardens, and orchards you can harvest from. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full en-suite bathroom.
