Based in the Peak District National Park, with an abundance of exciting cycle routes and picturesque walks. The barn is spacious, easily sleeping 6, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 set of bunks. Ashbourne (5miles), is known as the"Gateway to Dovedale", and is a delightful market town. The Tower

Heather Cottage is a short 2-minute walk from Ashbourne. An ideal location to enjoy the plentiful cafes, pubs and shops without using your car. We are central for exploring the attractions of the Tissington trail, Chatsworth House, Alton Towers and many Peak District walks. Heather cottage is perfect for couples and is also pet and child friendly. It has a lovely decking area to relax outside or get cosy inside with a film and a take away! We have Netflix and board games to entertain.

Our cottage is self contained and attached to our house. The gardens are shared with us but are very spacious. There is a sunken hot tub in the garden. Set in a tranquil Peak District village with local pub, there's a small shop in the pub that's open during pub opening hours. Perfect location for walkers, climbers or cyclists and there are several lovely National Trust houses, including Chatsworth, within easy driving distance. Ashbourne is our local market town.
