My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

We look forward to sharing our spacious, upscale, custom built guest house with you. Private guest quarters include full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with Queen bed, enclosed 2nd room- Den/library with queen bed and 1 bath. Ideally located 10 blocks and a short drive from Grover Beach. Pismo Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit!
