Carisbrook Cottage, Armidale

Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
