This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. In the centre of Dedham, The Annexe offers a restful retreat to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Just off the High Street, it is perfectly located to enjoy all that Dedham has to offer. Restaurants, pubs, shops, beautiful walks and the river are all moments away. The private annexe is attached to our house with its own entrance and superb views of St Mary's Church.

Welcome to my cabin, set in the garden. Access to cabin through side gate/garden. Sleeps 2 on a double bed. Attached to the house is convenient use of your own downstairs shower room/toilet & kitchen area. Cabin is also a games room so guests have use of table tennis, football table, dart board and games. Parking in road just outside house.
