Just 50 yards from the sand, a 15-minute walk to Manzanita, Neahkahnie Beach House has a unique orientation to the ocean to the west and Neahkahnie Mountain to the north offers easy access to beach activities and clear views of rolling ocean waves, cliffs, and waterfalls from the living room and bedrooms. The Architect's Retreat by Oregon Coast Modern

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

End of The Road - 4 Night Minimum

End Of The Road is a rustic family cabin perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with the wooded hills of Oswald West State Park rising behind. Hand built in the late 1950's by the current owners, this 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin includes a wood stove, hot tub and washer/dryer. The location is a dramatic and stunningly wild spot. There is little sense of other human presence. Dogs are welcome with an Additional Services Fee of $25 per night, per dog: limit 2. Sorry, no cats.

Blue Pacific Retreat- Contemporary w/Ocean Views

'Blue Pacific Retreat' is a contemporary space in Arch Cape w/panoramic ocean views, quiet and serene surroundings. Designed by an architect and interior designer the newly remodeled space (2025) is sophisticated, tasteful, and unique. Luxurious amenities; heated floors, luxury bedding, ocean views from living area and west deck, stocked, full kitchen, and NW art. This is 1 bdrm apt. above a detached garage on a quiet dead end street and is just a 9min to beautiful Arch Cape beach.

Coastal Peace & Tranquility

The Clam Shell room is a private king suite with a private entrance and deck, full bath with a claw foot tub, king size gel foam bed, full dining table for work, art or dining, casual lounging area, compact refrigerator, a meal prep area and WIFI. There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. We are in rural coastal forested county with gravel roads.

“The Barnacle", is our family's 1924 cozy, beach cottage that many have fallen in love with. Just 1 short block to a beautiful sandy beach with a creek, "the cape", caves, tidal pools - stunning coastal scenery galore! Whether during warm summer fun, or exciting winter storms, guests love to end up near our old stone fireplace. Our location is so close to the beach, yet quiet and peaceful - the perfect old-fashioned beach cottage to renew and refresh! Must See Photos!

Eagle's Nest - Connect with the Soul of the Coast

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. Neahkahnie means "place of the spirits." All are welcome to find true peace & magic here.

The Surf Haus - Arch Cape - Sauna & Hot Tub

The Surf Haus is our family's custom home built with the intention to bring respite and enchantment to the Oregon Coast. We sought out to create a space that is completely immersed in the area's natural environment yet with bespoke 5-star amenities allowing our guests to relax, dine, connect and explore. In the private forested backdrop, immerse yourself in the full spa experience: cedar hot tub, barrel sauna, and outdoor shower.

Suil Na Mara- Modern Coastal Home- Neahkahnie Mtn.

Light-filled, modern home situated at the base of Neahkahnie Mountain on the northern end of beautiful Manzanita beach. An intentionally designed coastal home that is intimately connected to the landscape. The large scale windows keep guests engaged with beach and mountain views. The house inspires an informal, barefoot lifestyle. We invite guests to find themselves again within our quiet oasis.

Loft of Riley is on the beach with a private path to reach sand in seconds. It's amazingly private, yet minutes from shops and restaurants in Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Completely remodeled bathrooms with rain head showers and heated tile floors. Remodeled guest house is steps from the main house and allows privacy for extended family, friends or teens wanting their own space.
