We offer AC, electric and wood heating, as well as a jetted bathtub. The cabin is near popular sights such as Taum Sauk Mountain, Elephant Rocks, and Johnson Shut-Ins. This venue is perfect for nature lovers. We offer hiking trails, a 9 acre lake, hunting, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and relaxing at this beautiful property. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

Freshly renovated house, with an added kids / game room that has a pac man arcade with 60 total games. Overall the house will sleep a total of 12. Perfect for 2 or 3 families to get away and enjoy the beautiful Black River. Private beach area to kick back and relax with no cares in the world. Only 7 miles from Johnson Shut Inns. Also near by is Elephant Rock and Mark Twain National Forest! We are pet friendly but do charge extra for pets. It’s is your responsibility when booking to list a pet.

There are several shops and restaurants in close proximity, the home features a covered front porch to enjoy mountain views, the bathroom has recently been updated! This home has a patio in the back, with a stainless steel firepit, off street parking, the property is only a short drive away from several of the state parks around the area, Elephant Rocks being about 5 minutes away!

Sitting at the south base of Shepherd Mountain you will have easy access to hiking and Shepherd Mountain Bike Park. Elephant Rocks, Johnson Shut-ins and Taum Sauk state parks are minutes away. Only 2 blocks from Main St. you will be close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and special events happening at the courthouse square.
