We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. Cozy studio downstairs from our ranch-style home. Includes kitchen (no stove), private bath, coffee setup, free parking, and WiFi. Great for a couple, solo guest, or family with a child. Quiet, safe neighborhood, 10 min from Newport crowd. Beaches nearby: 5 min to Easton Beach, 10 min to Middletown Second Beach. Note: Bathroom has a pump-assisted toilet. It works fine but the flush is a bit noisy. If you’re very sensitive to sound, this may not be ideal.
